Our name comes from the beautiful Fulton Chain of Lakes — eight connected lakes stretching from Old Forge to Inlet, New York. Named after Robert Fulton, inventor of the steamboat, the Fulton Chain has long been a place where people gather for fresh air, year-round adventure, and the comfort of small-town living. That same sense of connection and simplicity inspires everything we roast.
We roast in small batches to carefully monitor every stage of the roasting process. This hands-on method allows us to prioritize quality over mass production, ensuring each batch delivers freshness, consistency, and depth of flavor.
